February 2021Personal Statement
My name is Madeline Locke (“Maddie”), and I am a outside hitter, for the class of 2024. I have played volleyball for 6 years, and I love it more every year. When I step into the gym, I am not only trying to make myself better but also my team. I am a well-rounded volleyball player being able to play any position on the front row and back row.
I am searching for the best blend of high level volleyball and academic excellence. I am an AP and Honors student just completing my fall semester of my 8th grade year with a 4.2. I love to compete and also want to be academically challenged in principals of health and/or math/science programs. I play, practice, and study at one speed - full speed.
