Personal Statement
My goal is to play competitive volleyball at a college level, while earning my degree. I want to major in nursing to pursue my dreams of becoming a pediatric nurse. I know being able to play volleyball in college is an unbelievable opportunity and the memories will stay with me for the rest of my life.
I consider myself to be a very versatile player. I currently play all around for my club team and played middle and pin hitter for my high school team. I have been told by many coaches that my coachability is one of my shining attributes. I am a motivated player on and off the court, willing to do anything for my game. I’m a leader and hold myself and my teammates accountable. I don’t make excuses for my mistakes, instead I learn from them and make it up in the next play.
This year I was given the opportunity to play at Prince of Peace Christian School on the Varsity team. In the overall season we had a record of 26-10-2, worked hard to go to state and we are now ranked #2 in TAPPS 4A division.
I am also very proud to say that I was named All-District honorable mention as a Sophomore on the Prince Of Peace Christian School Varsity Team.
