My name is Sharanda , I'm in my third year of playing club. I started playing as an outside hitter 4 years ago; I'm always working hard to improve on any areas need on the court to help improve my game. I am a versatile player that can adapt to any situation in the game. My versatility allows me to think quick under pressure. My freshman year I was put on varsity to play middle blocker and an outside hitter to get exposed to the higher level of play to prepare me for what's to come for the oncoming years; I am a supportive, dedicated teammate. My second year in club one of my teammates were injured in a tournament and i was able to step in as a middle blocker. I enjoy being able to have fun, grow and push my teammate on an off the court. I am a very competitive, hard working person and want to do the best i can at all time no matter the obstacles. My competitiveness has driven my work ethic and leadership skills by push myself and teammates. I hold a hard standards for myself both academically and athletically I maintain high A's and B's... my dream is to receive a great college education and be able to play volleyball in college.
My goal as a player is to continue playing volleyball at the college level and in the following year help other players improve their skills. In my college search, I'm looking for the best fit academically and athletically for myself. I'm looking to major in pre-medicine and am also willing to explore any options geographically.
