Personal Statement
I plan to go into Criminal Justice once I graduate college, however, I am unsure if I want to be a lawyer or a detective. I have played volleyball since my freshman year of high school and have never missed a single practice. The reason I started playing freshman year was that I didn't make the team my 7th or 8th-grade year, however, I refused to quit because of the love I had for volleyball. I am completely dedicated to the sport and would spend every moment playing if I could. I fell in love with the sport not only because it is a great sport to plat, but because I love the bond you grow with your teammates. I love the bond that I have with my teammates because I know that they are there for me and I know that I can be a support system for them, especially the underclassmen so I can help them with their transition into being a high school student-athlete. I feel as if being a student-athlete pushes me to do better academic wise. I know that I want to continue playing sports, so I strive to keep the best possible grades that I can the way I strive to do the best to my ability in volleyball.
