Personal Statement
I remember picking up my first volleyball , and from that moment on, I fell in love with the sport. I played for fun starting in sixth grade until my eighth grade year. As I was finishing my eighth-grade season, I realized that how much I enjoyed playing volleyball and how committed I was to the sport I am currently finishing my second year of club volleyball. I started playing club volleyball during my freshman year of high school at Rise Heat in Rockwall, Texas, making their top 15’s team. After a year off due to Covid, I started playing and furthering my club experience at Untouchables EPA in Plano, Texas, on their top 17’s team. Throughout the years, my mindset of competitiveness has changed drastically. This in turn has made me want to work harder and accomplish my dreams of playing at the next level in college. Playing volleyball has allowed me to show my true character I can be described as being are hardworking, trustworthy, compassionate, motivated, and a leader I do not let anything stand in my way of what I want to accomplish. I work hard and strive to be the best on and off the court.
