Hello my name is Sidonye Winbush, and I’m so glad you have stopped by to read and to get to know me better. In Elementary, I never would've saw myself playing volleyball on a higher level because I was interested in cheerleading , dancing and gymnastics. It wasn't until the summer before middle school, when I was serious about playing volleyball. The happiness and joy it brought to my eyes, was fairly different than any other sport I played. Middle school comes around and I'm in YMCA, school team, lessons, and I joined a club called VolleyFitsU.
Suddenly High school comes around and my club didn't provide a team for my age group, so I took a small break from volleyball. I joined Soccer as a varsity goalie, I ran track as a varsity hurdler, which is useful to build my vertical and hops (which is what people would call it at school when I would show them how high I can jump ), and i continued to play volleyball at my school . I then realized that, even though I was good at it, the adrenaline and drive wasn't the same as in what I would feel playing volleyball. I'm glad I finally realized, what I really love and have a passion for because now I can focus and strive for the better, for my future.
