Mckayla Archer '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Mckayla Archer and I am a Defensive Specialist ,  currently playing at DS/L at Dallas College Eastfield for this fall season.  I have played volleyball since the age of 9, and I love volleyball more and more with each passing year.  When I step onto the court I aim to make my team and myself better with each pass.  I am a well-rounded player and have the ability and game knowledge to play any position on the back row and front row.

I have been an Outside Hitter but also play back row.  I can successfully set up the offense by being quick and consistent in passes.   Good ball handling is essential for setting up a great offense but most of all mental fortitude is need to successfully be a great player.

On the court, I plan to be a dynamic player and positive influence on the team.  I know that my versatility, dedication, and integrity as a player will help me to be an asset to my team.  I am searching for the best blend of high-level volleyball and academic excellence. I love to compete but also want to be academically challenged.
