Personal Statement

I love playing volleyball.  I first stepped on the court when I was only eight years old. Although I started out very young, I have never lost my love for the game. I am a setter that plays with all my heart. I try my hardest to do the best I can while making the changes needed to be the best player I can be.  As a setter, I understand the game, and know the strengths of my teammates.

Because education is very important to me, I try very hard to keep my grades up in school. I have had all A's and B's so far in my high school career and plan on keeping them this way. My plan is to graduate high school with highest honors. I also plan on going to the college that is the best fit for me.

I think being part of a team is a very good experience.  I am usually very close with my teammates.  I believe that I am competitive in a good way.  I like to push myself to do what is expected of me. I also like to be a leader and help my team to reach its full potential.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
