During my freshman year, my team went to state and were beat out before we were able to place. This motivated me to work harder than ever to better my team and be the leader they needed. My sophomore year, they added play in games in order to get to state, we lost to our equals in ranking. This made me realize that I needed to do more during the off season then I had before. I have had all A’s in high school and I am looking for a school that has a program to help me become the best volleyball player and writer that I can.
On all of the teams that I have been a part of, I have always been the "cheerleader" of the team. I'm always cheering the loudest and being the most positive no matter what the game is like. Every since 4th grade I have been in love with volleyball. My softball coach started me off on being the loudest on the team, and as I came into high school I realized how much my interaction in words affects the teams actions. I have used my leadership skills from student government to do my best to lead my team to victory and bettering ourselves.
