2022 Highlights Personal Statement
I absolutely love volleyball and have been playing for a while. I was originally a front row player (Outside or Middle) on JV and club teams. As I got older I realized I was not tall enough for this position. My junior year (Last year) my high school coach realized I would be better used as a setter. Unfortunately this was during COVID so my parents were not often able to see me play and get video. To be honest this was a very different and new position for me. It took me a little while to get the hang of it. By the end of the season I loved setting. This year I have really settled into this position and love it even more. I would love the opportunity to continue to work at this position and get to play at the next level.
