CHRISTANNA STEPHENSON

PERSONAL STATEMENT

I am a 5’9” hitter from Riverside High School’s Class of 2019 in Leesburg, VA.  I have been a starter on Riverside’s Varsity Volleyball Team for the past two years, and earned 2nd Team All-Region and 1st Team All-Conference, MVP and Team Captain.  I play the positions of OH, DS and back-up Setter.  I have also played Club Volleyball for several elite travel teams the past five years.  I currently have a 3.79 GPA and will be taking my ACTs and SATs fall of 2017.  I am VP of Fellow Christian Athletes, Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, competed in DECA Nationals and States, and also on the Varsity Track & Field Team.

My goal is to attend an institution either on the East or West Coast where I can balance my time between my commitment to the volleyball team and my business/law academic program.  I am driven and hardworking and will bring leadership, incentive and versatility to the team.
