Being chosen for my first travel team after working hard to pursue my goals of playing volleyball, was a great accomplishment. That experience pushed me to put the time in and work hard. From that experience, I made my high school team as an eighth grader. That first year taught me a lot about growth and dedication to the sport and team.
My educational aspirations consists of finding a college that will be a good fit for me both academically and athletically. I feel that my strong work ethic in my studies carries over into the hard work and dedication that I put into playing volleyball. I am driven, and love working with my teammates to improve on my skills.
Being coachable is an asset that I bring to the team. I enjoy working with my coaches to help me learn so I can become a better player. It is important in life to take what you learn on and off the court to mold you into the type of person a coach and an employer wants on their team. I believe that I have the talent, work-ethic and character to be an impact on your program.
