Personal Statement

Hi! My name is Vegas Casey, I am 6' 1" tall and 155 lbs. In my first four years of college, I plan on majoring in psychology and hopefully becoming a Psychiatrist. I want the opportunity to help as many people as I can and believe this is one of the best ways for me to do so. I have many hopes and dreams but as of right now my main focus and passion is in volleyball. I want to reach my full potential and bring my best to any team I pursue.

Currently, to reach these aspirations, I am working hard everyday in and out of practice to push myself while leading those around me to do the same. I work to manage my rigorous course load in school and also being a part of the local community service. I am always improving, learning, and building the mental and physical toughness required to play at such a highly competitive level. I have the passion and discipline that sets me aside from other players and I'm ready to work with a team where I can excel. Thank you so much for your time!
