Personal Statement
I have an immense love for volleyball. It brings out my passion for intensity and motivation to do the absolute best I can. Volleyball is what keeps me goings and fuels my days. This sport is a constant in my life, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Once I started playing volleyball I couldn’t stop. It brings out the best in me and shows everyone who I am.
I always give it my all whenever I step onto the court. This also applies to school. Along with volleyball I keep up with school earning a 3.9 GPA. I am always enthusiastic on and off the court. I’m encouraging towards my teammates. During my sophomore year I was captain of my Junior Varsity team. This came along with the job of teaching some freshman rotations and always keeping everyone in high spirits. My athleticism and versatility on the court has a tremendous impact on the game. I am a competitive person that never quits.
I am hoping to get into a division I, division II, or division III school located in the west coast area. This is because I am looking for competition to push me to be better. I am also looking for a college with a good psychology program since that is the field of study I am interested in. Then finally my main goal is to be successful in volleyball and in school.
