Personal Statement
Hello, I’m Morgan Marek. I’m in the class of 2023 and I attend River View High School in McDowell County, West Virginia. I’m a setter and have played volleyball for 6 years. I would have loved to begin playing volleyball earlier, unfortunately the opportunities are limited in my area. My favorite subject in school is math and I love being involved in as much school activities as possible. After high school I want to attend college and become a Registered Nurse and eventually specialize in Pediatric Nursing. I have a supportive family that’s willing to do anything they can to help me with the recruiting process. I am passionate for volleyball and I put my all into every play. I love setting for my hitters and being able to play all the way around in our rotation. I’m interested in a college with a profound volleyball program that will also push academically and will help to improve my skills and achieve my goals.
