Personal Statement
I fell in love with volleyball at the age of 10 when I went to my first skills camp. I am very dedicated to the sport and I am always willing to put the time and effort into improving myself both on and off the court. I work with a trainer twice a week to improve my strength and agility. Volleyball has taught me how important it is to always have a positive attitude and good sportsmanship, and how to be a good teammate.
In the classroom, I take challenging courses such as honors and AP classes. I also play alto sax in the concert band. In my free time, I work as a lifeguard and volunteer with my church youth group.
I want to play for a competitive program and will bring positive energy to the court as your next student athlete.
