I am Anna Mott, a 2024 setter from Waunakee Wisconsin. I have been playing volleyball since 6th grade and have loved every minute of it.
I strive to be the best version of myself and build people up whether that is in the classroom or on the court. When playing, I try to find the best way to communicate with my teammates because everyone responds differently to different forms of encouragement. I believe that volleyball is just as much of a mental game as it is physical so I make sure all of my teammates are in a good mental space during games and practice. I stay positive throughout games and ask my team what I can improve upon so they can compete at the highest level.
I push myself in the classroom by taking challenging classes that will help me achieve my academic goals. I am looking for a school with a good pre-med program that will help me become a surgeon in the future. Academics are just as important as sports and I want an environment that will push me to be better in all aspects or my life.
