Something I love more than just playing volleyball is being a part of the team and creating those new relationships with other players. Having the connection with your teammates is what brings the success. I learned a lot from the 2 years of being team captain than I thought I would have. I learned more about knowing how playing as a team is more important than individual playing was. Having leadership on and off the court is what makes a great player. Being a leader on the court is bringing your teammates up and always thinking about the next play you're going to make and how to make it better than the last. I 100% understand getting frustrated with yourself and I think anyone that plays a sport can relate to that but you just have to remember each time you hit it into the net or don't get a ball up is just another chance to see what you did wrong and how to improve.
I absolutely love volleyball and always will. I could never get bored with it and love being in the gym no matter what. Like i said before i am so excited to see where this takes me.
