Volleyball has always been a sport that I have been very passionate about. I was hooked the first time I played in elementary school, and since then volleyball has been a significant part of my life. Playing volleyball is something I am excited to do everyday whether it's practice, conditioning or games. I believe in working hard at my game, and I always strive to get better. One of my goals in life is to pursue an excellent education at a Division I school along with an outstanding collegiate athletic experience. I can not see my life in college without volleyball, and I believe I have what it takes to play libero at the highest level. My strong and instinctive presence on the court allows me to react quickly and effectively in game situations. My awareness of the court combined with my athleticism makes it tough for an opponent to score. I have been a team captain on my club team for the past four years. I am a leader, I am a motivator, and I am a very positive person both on and off the court. I am a lead mentor in the Students Against Destructive Decisions Club at my high school, and I have a key role in my school's broadcasting club. I love being around people, and I love to laugh.
