Kaitlyn Zunker '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kaitlyn Zunker. I am entering my Senior year at the Reedsburg Area High School in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. I have been a Varsity three sport athlete in Volleyball, Basketball and Softball over my Freshman and Sophomore years, earning 6 Varsity Letters.  In my Junior year of Volleyball,  I was a team Captain, Top Blocker for the 2nd consecutive season and was voted team MVP and 2nd team All conference for the Badger North Conference. My Junior year, I chose not to play Basketball in order to focus on Volleyball at a club level, and continued to play softball in the spring, also as a Captain and receiving the Defensive Player of the Year Award. I am the ultimate hard worker and team player, doing everything I can to lift the players around me up so that the team can achieve success. While being a three sport, letter winning athlete, I have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.34, which I aspire to improve further. I am working to play collegiate Volleyball at a high level, while also attempting to excel in my High School Softball career in hopes to potentially play College Softball as well. At this point, I am interested in pursuing a degree in Elementary Education, and I hope to have an opportunity to seek out the best fit for me both academically and athletically.
