- 2012 Highlights
Personal Statement
Since I was little, I always remember being in a gym. Trying to get a new passing record with my dad or even shagging balls for my dad's players. Ever since then, I knew that I loved this game and I wanted to play it as much as I can. Volleyall is a tradition in my family starting with my dad being a head coach, my mom playing it in high school, and my older sister play it from Rec. volleyball to Junior College volleyball. I know now that I would love to be a part of this tradition.
As a Junior I received the awards of All State and All Conference for the Division of 4A. I will do anything it takes to reach my full potential. I am always willing to improve my game and when in season I get in the gym 7 days a week.I would love to be on a team that loves the sport as much as I do. I would love to play competative college volleyball mostly as libero but if I could I would love to play as an outside.
Ever since I was a freshman, I have been on of the youngest girls on my team. Usually when a younger girl is on a higher skilled team, she is a follower but I was not. I grew up with this game and I have knowledge how it is supposed to go. I give feedback and take it just as easy. My summer is for sport training including weight lifting which I also take as a class in school every other day for a whole year and then camps from team to indiviual. School is very important to me because without it, I can not play the game I love. This why I have had a 4.0 since 6th grade and I participate in college classes in my high school.
