Mackenzie Sepeda '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Mackenzie Sepeda, I am a Senior at Tulare Union High School. I started as a swimmer when I was 11, but once I started playing water polo in 7th grade, I noticed I loved the sport. I don't just love the sport, I love everything that comes with it, the hard work, the team, the leadership, and much more. This has motivated me into wanting to play after high school.  This sport is my passion and I am constantly striving to improve every day. I am part of FFA and the Tulare County Farm Bureau, they both have taught me what it takes and means to be a leader and what hard work can accomplish, not only in agriculture but in life. I incorporate this knowledge into my everyday life, especially in the pool. I am very hard working in and out of the pool. I take honors and AP classes to maintain a high GPA.  A result of this is receiving honor roll all 7 semesters of my high school career and receiving the USA Water Polo Academic All-American award.
