Training
- Five times a week minimum
- 6 years
- Neutral: Stay low, be aggressive in tie up to set up for shots, consider possible throws, always be ready to sprawl hard. Bottom: Anticipate the whistle, explosive movements, hand control, when standing stay heavy to prevent throws/mat returns, consider reversals if leg/arm is open. Top: Anticipate whistle, give as much pressure to your opponent as possible, watch opponent and see what moves open up.
