Personal Statement

Hello my name is Tommy Hernandez; I am a hard worker and fast learner. I started wrestling my freshman year and have been a three year letterman. I have qualified for state all three years and became the Arizona AIA Div. IV 106 pound State Champion this year. I dedicated myself to wrestling after my sophomore year, before that I was a two sport athlete. I believe in leading by example, my freshman year I had no idea what I was doing on the mat, my record this year is 62-2. I live for challenges and thrive under pressure and look forward to taking my skills to the next level. I know I have a difficult task in front of on my quest to becoming a two time state champion, but I welcome the challenge. There is always room for improvement

By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
