I have been wrestling since I was three years old. I started wresting just for fun and every year grew to love it more and more. Wresting has taught me patients, to work hard, goal setting and to accept win or lose. I have played other sports over the years but wresting has always had my heart. I took two years of my 4th & 5th grade year, because my parents were getting a divorce and things were hard. As I was entering my Junior High year the love of wrestling called me back. I knew I had to work harder than the others because the time I took off, but I practiced hard and took the advice from my coaches to keep pushing myself to the fullest. Over those years I grew and became stronger. Entering my Freshman year of wresting was different but an eye opener for me. I have so much support from my coaches and my family, which helps make my goals of wrestling for college very much alive. My goal is to wrestle for a college and to continue to grow my skills, while working towards a college degree.
