I want to graduate college with not only a degree in a field that I am highly interested in, but I want to leave college feeling full and open to tackle life head on. I believe with the investment of time into wrestling in college I can leave knowing I did everything I could. What separates me from other athletes is that I practice the discipline it takes to be a true student athlete. A student always comes first, and I bring the skill of attaining as much knowledge as I can about wrestling. The wrestling room is my second classroom. I have attended numerous camps. I watch a lot of matches online. I always stay after practice to learn as much as I can. I have also worked with many different coaches. I have been in Catholic school since second grade. Being in parochial school teaches me well exercised morals and discipline. One of the most important skills I can bring to you is my leadership ability. My coaches awarded me the leadership award for this season. As a junior I was the team captain. I have been a swim coach for 4 years now, and 3 of those I did as a volunteer to 4-6 year olds. Not only can I bring my wrestling talent to your school, but my academics and leadership as well.
