I have only been wrestling for 3 or 4 years, but I love it and I want to keep getting better. I think I would be a perfect fit on a college wrestling team because I am just now starting to see that my hard work and dedication is paying off with results. I have a lot of room to get better and that is what motivates me to keep working because I want to see how far I can go. I was behind some of the kids I wrestled a couple of years ago because I didn't start wrestling as early as a lot of them. Now, I am in close matches and have even started beating some of those same kids. That is why I think I am just starting to see what my full potential might be. Improvement and winning definitely motivate me and I think that wrestling at Cathedral is different than at other schools. We take wrestling and winning seriously and every practice is a challenge because the competition in our room is awesome and our coaches push us to the limit. I love wrestling in the off-season at tournaments with my club teams and I just want to keep it going after high school. My goal is to win a State championship next season and I am already back to practicing every day to get there. When I am not wrestling I like to hunt, go fishing, ride ATVs and go camping. Hopefully you have an opportunity for me on your team. Thank you for taking time to read this.
