Wrestling is a passion, way of life, motivation, and goal of mine. I have grown up wrestling ever since 3rd grade. Even though I was on the smaller side I made due with what was given to me. I’m not like everyone else, before I turned 3 I lost 100% of my hearing. I now have bilateral cochlear implants. With this it forced me to increase focus drastically on anything I do, from on the mat to in class. Because of my cochlear implants I wrestle with only one under my head gear to allow me to hear my coaches. Without wrestling to help motivate me I would be completely different from what I am today.
