I just completed my Junior Year with 58-2 record as Division 1 North Sectional Champion and Outstanding Wrestler (OW) as well the Division 1 State Champion and Outstanding Wrestler. I was 3rd in New England's this year at the stacked weight bracket of 132 lb. I went 4-2 at NHSCA's (with a very close/tough loss in the blood round.) My overall high school career record is 169-12 with 107 pins. I am a 2X Massachusetts State Champion. At New England's I came in 3rd as a Junior, 2nd as a Sophomore, and 7th in New England as a Freshman. At NHSCA/Nationals I came in 4th as a Sophomore and as a Freshman I went 6-2 (losing in the blood round.) I am Reno World Champion coming in 1st at 106 lbs. in 2016.
I am World of Wrestling All American, 3X Academic All American, NHSCA All American, Captain of the St. John's Prep Varsity Wrestling my Sophomore and Junior Year (and named Captain for next year.) I have earned MVP of the team as a Sophomore and Junior. I was awarded St. John's Prep Class of 2019 Athlete of the Year as a Sophomore. I was selected as a member of National Honor Society in 2018.
I am accomplished on the mat, as well as in the classroom. I believe one of biggest reasons for my success is that I am level-headed and mentally tough. I am very determined and competitive, with an intense drive to win and succeed and I have learned how to keep a strong, tough, mental attitude. I believe that makes all the difference as a competitor and as a leader. I give 100% effort to everything I do and understand the sacrifice, commitment, and dedication that is required of me and wrestling at an elite level. I always remain humble and respectful of my opponents, teammates, coaches, and teachers. Because of my strong work ethic, my tough mental attitude, and my intense desire to succeed, I have no question that I will be a strong leader and asset to my college wrestling team.
