It has always been a dream of mine to wrestle at the college level ever since I started wrestling in the seventh grade. Some of the things I feel that make me different than other recruits are my work ethic, I'm always giving 110% on and off the wrestling mat and in the class room. My goal every time I step on the mat, whether it is in practice or an actual competition, is to be mentally ready to wrestle in a highly focused manner. I believe that wrestling is 75% mentally if not more; otherwise you have opened yourself up to pre-match failure and not training successfully. I am a coach-able athlete. I feel like a coach will only make me better otherwise he would not put his time and dedication into training me to be successful athlete. I am a hard worker when I set my mind on something that I want and I have goals and dreams that I want to see become reality in college wrestling. I am looking for a college to not only be able to wrestle at but also be able to earn a degree in sports management or physician assistant. I believe that I am a good candidate for a team due to my character and the fact that even though wrestling is an individual sport I still consider it a TEAM sport as well. Your team needs someone that is dedicated to the team, someone who is responsible and shows accountability, they need a leader, someone with a strong work ethic, and someone that leads by example on and off the mat.
