I’m a realist, due to my father who always taught me to see things for what they are, but when I apply that thinking toward myself, I notice something. It is extremely hard for me to see the good in myself, which would make me somewhat humble – or at least that’s what I think. When I think about how I go about everything I do, in general ,I classify myself as being extremely strategic. Some of this is due to how small I’ve always been and some of it is due to trying to work smarter, not harder. At least, not untiI I have to work harder, that is. These things that I have described to you are what I perceive as my character.
I would like to be able to introduce myself by giving you a lot of stats and telling you about all the tournaments I’ve wrestled in, but that’s not my history. Coming from a small, rural area there are not a lot of club teams around. In fact, the first year my middle school had wrestling was the first year I attended! I became interested in wrestling around the age of 5 because my father would share his high school wrestling stories with me while teaching me techniques. He wanted to share his passion for the sport with me but had no idea how much I would grow to love it and that it would become my passion too.
In summary, this is what you would get if you sign me to your team – a humble, strategic, realist, who wants nothing more than to prove that he is good enough to wrestle with the best of the best.
