Personal Statement
To get to know me as a person and a wrestler, is to get to know what I have experienced and accomplished in my short 17 year life. I am a student athlete that has been blessed with the ability to travel across 25 different states, eight foreign countries, and move five times with my family. During these times, I have excelled at three different high schools, both academically and athletically. I have had two jobs, and been elected to two leadership positions in philanthropic organizations over three years that I was honored to serve, I also coached two of my brothers youth baseball teams. I am guided by my faith throughout my journey.
I have been fortunate to have the ability to achieve a 4.5 GPA throughout the various changes and travels during my high school career.
My freshman year, I re-established a wrestling program at the high school I was attending after a 20 year absence at the school. I hold two school records, for most pins and wins in a season, and was a first team All-Miami Valley Conference. I am a three time section placer, a two time district qualifier, two time state qualifier and a state placer. My next accolade is approaching 100 wins first thing senior year. I am only getting started, and I know the biggest challenges are still ahead, I cannot wait to take them all head on.
