I am Brayden Clayburn and currently wrestle for Coquille High School in Oregon. I started my wrestling career in 3rd grade and have strived to the best wrestler I can be ever since. Although I play other sports such as football, baseball, and track, my passion is for wrestling.
I am currently the Vice President for my class and also participate in leadership events.
I am hard working and continue to get better each season. I run and lift weights in the off season to stay in shape and be better. If it were up to me I would wrestle year round but that is not an option for me living in a rural area. I have been fortunate to attend wrestling camps during most summers. This summer I will be attending my 2nd J Robinson Wrestling Camp. My dad told me I had a great freshman season but, I was not satisfied since I was not a state champion.
My goals are to be the best and be a state champion each year. I also plan on keeping my grades up so I can attend college and continue with wrestling.
