I'm a leader through my actions on and off the mat,but I also can follow when others are leading toward proper and similar
goals. I set high standards and goals for myself and work hard to achieve them. When I come up short of my goals,I get back to work and not loose focus. Wrestling can be an individual sport that I enjoy but, I also can and will make sacrifices for the team aspects as well. A good teammate is there to make themselves and those around them better.
