Nicholas Thompson '20 Recruiting Profile

I am a determined, focused and coachable student athlete.  I would describe myself as a goal oriented and hard-working student who strives to fulfill my dreams, both academically and athletically.  I realize that it becomes harder and harder at each level athletically, and eventually, at whatever level I stop competing, I will need to rely upon my education to move forward in life.

I take pride in being an individual that demonstrates character, pride in myself and my team, being respectful and supportive to others to help them work together to reach individual and team goals. I enjoy being challenged and like to set long term goals and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment when I achieve them. I understand that sometimes I may fail to reach my goal and that this is part of growing as an individual.  I find that failure can spur me on to work harder and be more determined and will make me a stronger person.

I am extremely interested in continuing to compete in the sport that I love while pursuing my college education in either business, entrepreneurship or international relations.
