Personal Statement

I have a passion for wrestling and I am looking forward to taking it to the next step. I began wrestling in 7th grade when my parents put me in a wrestling club. My step dad was a wrestler and also helped coach with the club as well. I finally joined my first team a few months later, making the roster at my middle school. Now, 4 years later and the rest is history!
This has been a fun journey so far and it would be an honor to compete at the collegiate level. In addition to competing in wrestling, I believe finding a fun and exciting college with excellent academics will make me a better person on and off the mat.
In my spare time I enjoy gaming and spending time with my family.
