I took a scholarship on a livestock judging team out of high school. I elected to not take an opportunity to wrestle. It’s been very rewarding and has really helped offset cost of my education. Judging only has two years of eligibility and I’ve used them. I served a two year church mission to Hawaii as well. I’m not the common recruit. I’m 21 years old. I have a brother named Kirby being recruited by 20+ schools. Our dads the high school coach and last winter when I was out of college for winter break I worked out and helped team. From that wrestling with team and primarily with my brother. I’m very confident I can compete and be an asset for a program. I don’t get into trouble and I’m a leader. I’m looking for a program that needs a 197 pounder. I still have 4 years of eligibility left. I’d very appreciate the opportunity to compete as I finish my animal science degree or take welding classes. If you need a big guy and a team leader I was a captain 3x in school 4 year varsity starter. Never lost a wrestle off. I’ve grown into my body. I was at 152 my senior year and still a bit gangly looking. I’d ask you please take time to evaluate me.
