Personal Statement
My name is Joseph Jennings and my dream since I was a little kid was to grow up and play baseball at the collegiate level and/or the highest level I can achieve. I play 2nd Base, Short Stop, Outfield, and I also pitch. I am a good candidate for a college baseball team is because I am willing to do anything to get the task at hand done, and do it as well as possible. I would also consider myself a leader on my high school and summer ball teams. I would also consider myself a smart individual, with a strong presence on the baseball field. I believe that I demonstrate my mental and physical abilities on the field and have built trust among my teammates and coaches. I have a strong work ethic and I am always striving to improve my skills on the field. I train daily on field mechanics, arm strength, and batting. I know that it takes mental and physical toughness, determination, and sacrifices to become great at the game of baseball. I am truly dedicated and motivated to continue to work hard everyday to be the best I can be, on and off the field. Baseball is my passion and I would welcome the opportunity to prove myself and to be a great attribute for a college team.
