My name is Colby Evans. I am from the Bay Area of California and live in the Clovis/Fresno area, graduating class of 2022. I have been playing baseball for as long as I can remember. I have played with several 'travel team' organizations over the years and have been very fortunate to play throughout the country. I have played every position on the field, but I am primarily a pitcher (RHP), 3rd base and 1st base. I love to hit! This season I will lead my team into the Conference and State Championships, bettering my teammates and myself. Personally, one of my personal goals is to break 90MPH and maintain low-mid 90's along with improving my other 4 pitches, change-up, curveball, slider and splitter.
Academically, 4.0 or better is always the goal. I actually like Math and physics; I have a very high interest in Astrophysics. I also very interested in medicine, mainly Orthopedics. I recently transferred to San Joaquin Memorial High School, which starts in Aug. 2020. I will be taking several AP classes and college courses along with my other Honors classes. My goal is to have a 4.5 GPA and graduating top of my class.
