My name is Davin and I have been playing baseball since I was six years old. My favorite memory was hitting two home runs in Copperstown, NY when I was twelve years old. I have dreams of continuing to play baseball after high school in college, and purse my education in Agriculture. I'm a good candidate for your team because I'm coachable, and willing to work hard. I have had many great coaches in my life, and they have all taught me something, and allowed me to get to this point. This year I have helped my team by pitching, playing short stop, and 2nd base. I have now played most positions and can play where ever you need me. I am different from other recruits because my parents have instilled in me that character matters above all. My attitude and hustle should be apparent to you on and off the field. I'm always the first one on the field! I put in the work academically, and put in extra work on the field. Our family's motto is by Derek Jeter, "There may be people who have more talent than you but there's no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do". On my spare time I work with my dad farming, and driving tractor. I know how to work, that is what makes me different from other recruits.
