Jackson Alexander '26 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play college baseball at a high level. I'm a hard worker and I'm very coachable. I listen to what my coaches tell me and apply their advice to my game. I do well under pressure and I don't panic. I don't let mistakes get me down. I learn from my mistakes and take pride in never making the same mistake twice. My Coach gave me the nickname, "The Quiet Assassin." Even though I don't talk a lot, I'm still very competitive, driven,  and I have a killer instinct on the field. I have laser focus and coaches only need to tell me something one time.

I am a good teammate. I pick my teammates up when they're struggling. 

I have the ability to hit for power while still being able to hit to all fields. I take pride in not striking out.

I don't shy away from putting in the hard work. I like practice, analyzing video, watching baseball games, learning about baseball history, and hitting the gym. I put in the hours year-round to be the best possible baseball player I can be. I am never satisfied and always striving to get better. I take pride in moving the runner over, making two strike adjustments, having good mechanics, proper arm care, being physically and mentally ready 100% of the time, both during practices and when it's game time.
