Wyatt DeRyke '26 Recruiting Profile

I am a dedicated, discipline, motivated hard worker and I truly believe that there is always something I can do to improve, especially in the sport of baseball. I love the relationships that come from being on a team. I love being a role model to the younger teammates and to everyone else on my team. I always try to push myself and my friends to be better so that the team can see more success and in turn have more fun. I have learned time management not only though sports, but as a waiter. Learning how to balance sports and school with a job has been very helpful and has made me much better at time management. I look forward to furthering my baseball career wherever it takes me and to not only to gain all of the memories that come with playing college baseball, but to use both the academics and life experiences from college to lead my life wherever that may take me. Even if I may not be at your athletics standard, I know that if given the chance, I could become better with you working with you on whatever my flaws are. I am always open to improvement and hope you give me a chance, because I will make sure you do not regret it. I look forward to talking to you!
