My name is Leonardo Vazquez and a 2020 5-tool prospect standing at 6'2" and weighing 186 pounds. I‘ve played multiple sports in my athletic career, but the sport I love the most is baseball. The game and my coaches have taught me many life lessons and helped to make me the person that I am today. I’ve played for many extremely talented teams in Florida and a couple around the world that have given me the chance to play against other amazing players and teams that challenged me. Since I was little, it’s been a dream to play college ball. I know that my hard work in the classroom and on the field will help me achieve my dreams. I’ve been working very hard the past few years to get to my current 3.4 GPA. I went through some rough years all of middle school and half of high school and baseball was a huge part of my recovery and finding my purpose. I strive to get a great education so I can be as successful in my work career as I‘ve been on the field. I want to get into a program that will take all of my hard work and effort to elevate my game to the next level. I will continue to put in the work to make my dreams a reality. If there’s an opportunity for me to get in front of you and prove myself, I’m ready.
