Eric Steensma '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'1 RHP from Western Springs, IL. I have started all two years so far at Lyons Township High School both freshman and sophomore years. I have a GPA of 3.3.

I am looking for a university where I can find the balance between education and athletics. I am looking for the right university / opportunity in a school. I am considering engineering, computer science, or communications.

I bring tremendous hard work and dedication to the game of baseball  My ability to command the game from the mound will provide immediate results for your program.  Through my volunteer work, I have learned to be a team player both on and off the field. But when real leadership is required, I am able to step up and be that person.

I also hope to someday pass my baseball experiences on to youth players, so they can appreciate the pleasure of this sport.
