Rowen Howe '26 Recruiting Profile

I am a four position player which includes shortstop, 3rd base, 2nd base and I’m a right handed pitcher. I currently start for my high school varsity team; Fremont Mills Knights in Tabor, IA.  My batting average is .350. I had 11 doubles last season. As a first season pitcher I had a successful season. My goal is to play college baseball for a college team who can continue to develop me as a player and person. I plan to pursue a degree in business finance or sports therapy.

In the past I have played on two club teams. Most recently, the Plattsmouth Blue Devils, a AAA team. And the Blackhawks in Lincoln, Nebraska. With this team I was starting shortstop for 500+ consecutive innings. 

I have grown with each team and feel fortunate to have learned from various coaches whom all enjoyed me as a player and person. 

I am excited to pursue my future at a small to mid size college with a solid baseball program!
