Anthony Branoff '28 Recruiting Profile

I am a fast, athletic centerfielder and left handed pitcher that threatens opposing defenses on the base paths and hits for both power and contact.  I started playing competitive travel baseball at age 6 and have since developed into a USA Baseball National Team prospect.  I have been selected to the 12U and 13U USA Baseball NTIS (National Team Identification Series) All-Region Midwest Team the past 2 consecutive years - gold medal winner, have been selected to the 11U USA Baseball Futures Invitational, Direct Select player (top performing player) named to the USSSA All-American Games, named Individual Player Champion (event MVP as voted by coaches) at the GameDay USA Junior All-American Games, have been selected to the 2023 14U Perfect Game Team USA and have been selected as a 2024 Baseball Factory Rookie All-American (top performing 8th grade and HS freshman players).  I train locally in Lansing, MI (Capital City Kings) and I am rostered/compete in major tournaments on a nationally ranked travel team program (SBA FL Scout Team) based out of Orlando, FL.  I have been voted Team Captain by my former MI travel team teammates (Great Lakes Renegades) for 6 consecutive years.  I am also a track athlete and compete in AAU track events and have qualified for the AAU Youth Indoor National Track Championships and have taken the podium as a medalist.  I love baseball and want to play the game as long as I can - my dream is to play D1 college baseball and potentially as a professional thereafter.  I work hard on the baseball diamond and in the classroom - earning academic honor roll the past 2 years.  If you choose to recruit me and offer me an opportunity to join your D1 baseball program please know that I will consider that an honor and will commit myself to work hard to make you proud in the way that I represent you and your school.
