Austin Huyck '24 Recruiting Profile

My Name is Austin Huyck. I am in the graduating class of 2024.  My goal is to reach the limits of my potential as a player, student and as a young man and exceed them.  I am a hard worker and working harder everyday.  I want to attend a University that is a great fit for me to attain those goals. I have a great family that supports my aspirations 100% as a student and an athlete.  I also play Bowling and basketball but baseball is my favorite.   I love the process of improving my work everyday either in the classroom or in practice by training hard and asking questions.  What makes me a good candidate for your team is because I am always keeping teammates accountable  weather it is making sure they are always doing something to get better our making sure they are not getting in their own head and not playing to their full potential. I am also always looking to make myself better everyday. I also have a lot of experience in every position on the field and can play them very well if needed. What also makes me different from other athletes is that I am always giving 110% no matter how the game is going and I never give up.
