Personal Statement
It all started when I was 7 years old, when my friends invited me to play coach pitch with them. At first, I saw it as just a fun and exciting sport that I could play with my friends. But, as I got older I realized how strategic, competitive, and challenging baseball really is. My love of the game has helped shape me into the clutch Right Handed pitcher, 3rd & 1st Baseman, and Hitter I am today. Along the way I have learned it is crucial to be coachable, to work hard, to always hustle, and to be an outstanding team player. I will always put my blood, sweat, and tears into making myself a better player for my team. From covering other positions, to cheering from the dugout, whatever my team needs, I'm your man. My love for baseball grows each time I play, and I want to continue playing for as long as I physically can. The college I am looking for will help me grow not just as a player, but also academically. I hold myself to the highest standards in everything that I do, which is why it is important to me to find a school that will challenge me both as a player and academically to be the best I can be.
