As a student athlete, both sports and academics are very important to me and that is why I would like to attend college and play baseball. I have signed a letter of intent to play baseball at Western Nevada. I am a starting left-handed pitcher and outfielder and I was the starting QB and played multiple positions for football and have received awards for both. I was a Team Captain for both sports and I really enjoyed my teammates and being a part of some really great programs.
Some of my accomplishments include the following: • 2014 All North Pitcher of the Year • 2014 All State Baseball Team – First Team Pitcher • 2014 RGJ All North First Team Pitcher • Awarded the Joshua L. Anderson Memorial Scholarship for academic and baseball excellence • 2014 Senior All Star Game/Showcase • Pitched two complete games during our 2014 Regional Tournament, including the championship game and we were the Regional Champions • Varsity athlete at RHS in both football and baseball – team captain in both • Reno High School Athlete of the Month October 2013 • Gustin Sports Player of the Game, September 2013, Reno Football vs Carson • Played in the 2013 Junior Allstar Showcase • Nominated by Reno High School and attended the 2012 and 2013 Washoe County Leadership in Athletics Summit • Chosen for the Manogue Baseball Tournament All Tournament Team • Named to the 2013 All North Baseball Team – Pitching • Named Rookie of the Year for the 2013 Reno High Baseball Team • MVP of the Josh Anderson Memorial Baseball Tournament – 2012 • Pitching MVP of the Sun Devils Tournament – 2012
