2021 SpotlightPersonal Statement
I am compeitive in all distances of freestyle as well as backstroke. While it is unusual to swim sprint, mid-distance, and distance freestyle at a competitive level, I thrive in every freestyle race. Due to having a small senior group on my swim team, I have learned to push myself past limits without having anyone to push me. This year, I was the state campion in the 50 yard freestyle for club swimming. While I always work my hardest in the pool, I also push myself academically. I am currently enrolled in all honors classes and maintaining a 4.0 GPA. I am an always positive person and love to take on new challenges.
